高雄市鄭姓女子四年前蓄意旋開瓦斯鋼瓶閥，再用打火機點火釀民宅氣爆，害自己顏面、四肢有燒燙傷，檢警據高雄市消防局火調報告，依放火燒燬住宅罪嫌起訴鄭女。然而，鄭女不斷辯稱，「不記得案發經過」，鄭父也證稱，女兒長期受思覺失調症所苦，有就醫診斷紀錄，高雄地方特惠組合法院認定鄭女犯案時，出現被害妄想才想輕生，判她無罪，令她入處所施以監護1年。鄭女與舅舅、舅媽同住一屋，卻在四年前10月31日時，將放在一樓客廳茶几旁的瓦斯鋼瓶氣閥開關轉開，讓瓦斯外洩，再點火點燃瓦斯，害民宅氣爆，現場一片慘不忍睹，沙發塑膠皮、電視機外殼全被燒熔，茶几桌板結構也被高溫燒得碳化，幸好氣爆威力不至於讓住宅主結人氣產品過年送禮推薦構損壞。. } }); } 同棟住戶聽聞氣爆聲響，通報高雄市消防局趕抵搶救，涉嫌縱火的鄭女也被依法送辦。鄭女到案辯稱，有聽過父親講述過此事，但已不記得案發經過。鄭女辯護人也辯稱，鄭女受妄想型思覺失調症影響人氣產品網購人氣商品，犯案時欠缺辨識、行為能力，也就沒有責任能力。檢方調查，鄭女案發前曾陸續在家割腕、用刀刺傷胸口，還曾從3樓高處一躍而下，送往高雄榮民總醫院急診救治，發現她出現被害意念，還有視聽幻覺等症狀，經醫院診斷，鄭女疑似有思覺失調症。鄭女在犯案那年9月22日出院，隨後在10月31日縱火，害自己顏面、右上肢、雙下肢有二度燒傷，受傷表面積占全身13%。高雄地方法院認定，鄭女犯案時受被害妄想影響，無法分辨現實與妄想情境，深感無望才萌生自輕生念頭，判她無罪。然而，鄭女行為對他人生命財產有高度危險性，若缺乏適度治療，恐有再犯疑慮；為優惠專區必買及早預防，法官令她持續接受精神評估、治療，並入相當處所施以監護1年，可上訴。高雄市鄭女患思覺失調症，4年前出現被害妄想，旋開瓦斯又點火釀氣爆，高雄地方法院認定她無行為辨識能力，判她無罪，但要施以監護1年。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
影／看過吳昇桓短打？ 簡直慘不忍睹

美國職棒大聯盟（MLB）展開春訓，韓國投手吳昇桓身處國家聯盟需要打擊，春訓還是走進打擊區練短打，《SPORTS朝鮮》台灣時間16日從亞利桑那發回的報導與影片看起來，吳昇桓不要走進打擊區，對球隊比較好。

報導說，吳昇桓從上午9時開始一口氣練了2個多小時，幾乎沒有休息時間，包括守備、補位，也是第2次進牛棚練投，主要投直球與曲球，共30球，空檔還幫球迷簽名。
從2014年轉戰中央聯盟阪神虎開始，到美國打聖路易紅雀、科羅拉多洛磯，吳昇桓絕大多數時間都在需要打擊的聯盟，當然他是牛棚投手，除非有超過1局投球任務，否則「石佛」不會出現在打擊區。

練習還是不例外，吳昇桓今天在春訓到打擊區練短打，從影片可以看出來，吳昇桓動作相當生疏，點出去的球都無法控制，還差點打到自己。
吳昇桓在大聯盟有2次打擊機會，16年在紅雀兩度站上打擊區，都是三振離開。
