新北蘆洲永平市場部分攤商鼓勵消費者減塑，自備購物袋可享優惠。 圖／環保局提供 分享 facebook 新北市環保局推動蘆洲永平市場成為全市首處「不塑傳統市場」，讓家庭主婦買菜也要減塑，自備購物袋可在部分攤位享優惠，內部也提供二次袋。繼永和樂華夜市、樹林興仁花園夜市成為不塑夜市，蘆洲永平市場也加入成為不塑市場，全面推廣減少使用塑膠袋，今天和6月2日市場發放二手袋給消費者。. } }); } 2018流行商品開店送禮推薦 永平市場約9成以上攤商加入，有攤商提供優惠給攜帶環保餐具或購物袋的消費者。20%攤商內部不使用一次性用品；11%攤商提供二手袋給消費者使用。其中快樂蔬菜攤商鼓勵消費者成為「不塑之客」，只要消費者自備購物袋就送蔥或去零頭；秀枝水果行自備購物袋也會去零最近流行產品人氣產品排行榜頭。新北蘆洲永平市場設有環保局環保袋回收箱，消費者可自行取用。 圖／環保局提供 分享 facebook 傳統市場是許多家庭主婦最愛去的地方，但通常一攤一種菜就拿一個塑膠袋，逛完一趟就帶享好禮超人氣產品回好幾個，既浪費又不環保，環保局選擇多處傳統市場接洽，最後選定在永平市場推廣減塑，希望達到「不塑」的目流行購物標。環保局去年6月在永和永安市場曾辦「不塑達人購物挑戰賽」， 讓參賽者以自製環保袋挑戰20分鐘內購買10斤蔬菜、水果及生鮮魚肉的任務，最後由中和許姓女子封后。她說，傳統市場買菜須保鮮及防漏，改裝使用自備保冷袋及飲料提袋，反而比塑膠袋更環保、更安全衛生。環保局表示，永平市場自治會長郭金泉等人是重要推手，協會志工努力溝通下促成不塑市場誕生，但目前仍有少部分攤商未加入，將再溝通。
傳俄羅斯尋求整合 白俄羅斯強調維護國家主權
（中央社索契15日綜合外電報導）媒體報導俄羅斯正在對鄰近小國施壓，要求更密切的整合之後，白俄羅斯領袖魯卡申柯（Alexander Lukashenko）今天強調白俄羅斯是主權獨立國家。
法新社報導，俄羅斯媒體最近幾個月臆測，俄羅斯正尋求機會，與前蘇聯加盟共和國的白俄羅斯，建立統一的國家。
一個新的「超級大國」將需要新的領導人，這可能創造出一個新的位置，給俄羅斯總統蒲亭（Vladimir Putin），他的任期將在2024年達到憲法規定的限期。
魯卡申柯13日起在黑海度假中心索契與蒲亭會晤，並在15日強調白俄羅斯主權獨立的重要性。
在蒲亭陪同下，魯卡申柯告訴記者：「為什麼我們要提出有關俄羅斯和白俄羅斯主權的問題呢？因為這有如聖像一般，這是不可侵犯的。」
魯卡申柯說：「我們對主權沒有任何疑義，我們這次甚至沒有討論到這個部分。」
但他也表示，兩國已經準備好「修改」他們的關係。
蒲亭表示，「完全獨立的國家並不存在」，且所有國家都是「相互依存」。
